I believe year 2008 is a huge year of change. Here’s the list of things that happened in this year:

• 2008 March Elections with Pakatan Rakyat taking over 5 states and more than 1/3 of the parliament
• Good friend’s colleague lost a brother to fucking Singaporean street racers
• Yumcha Kaki’s father in terminal brain cancer
• Friend’s friend’s mom in critical breast cancer
• Friend’s friend’s mom passed away from tongue cancer
• Obama and Clinton, two firsts of US Democrats (African-amrican and Woman)
• World crude prices broke record at USD 170 per barrel

And lots more. Hopefully the olympics would spell a better tone for this year!
