Ruben Tan has severe brain damage after constantly hitting himself whenever he faces problems in his programming projects, and thus have a weird outlook on life which prevents him from being trapped in the surface of lies.

I’ve been watching Ghost Whisperer for a couple of days now and I’m always annoyed when Melinda tries to tell the person in the movie about what the ghost said to her. I’m annoyed that she always shortens the original, super contracting it. For example:

Ghost: “Everytime I look at you I remember the times we held our hands and looked at the stars, the warmth of your hug and every word you whisper into my ears, and it breaks my heart to see you cry. I love you, so much, honey, so much.”

Melinda: “He says he loves you.”

Ghost: “…”

If I’m the ghost I’d be WTF!!! We’re not writing a summary or something now, are we?

Grr!

  1. HA HA HA!!!! OMG I F AGREE!!

    My version.

Ghost: Tell her I love her.

Melinda: He said he loves you.

Ghost: Tell her I remember the things that we’ve done.

Melinda: He said he remembers the things that you’ve done.

Ghost: Tell her that, I want to go back to those times when we would hold hands together, and speak nothing and still feel that it’s the best conversation ever.

Melinda: Sorry, that line is too long.

  2. Totally! If I were to be the one speaking to her I’d force her to say everything I say verbatim.

  3. i totally agree with you on this. find it damn annoying how she just summed up the beautiful things that the ghost said.

but then again, i believe that the peeps behind the drama think that melinda repeating the whole thing being said basically repetitive, just like how i used the word repeat here.

but because of this concern, we the viewers are subjected ridicule conversations between them. wth.
